We have access to a versatile fleet of approximately 350 land rigs capable of drilling from shallow to very deep wells with extended-reach capability. We also have fabrication capability and a breadth of equipment, including well servicing rigs, to customize solutions to meet the challenges of climate, geography, geology or logistics of simple or complex drilling projects. Horizontal Directional Drilling
KPI is recognized throughout North America and around the globe as the industry leader in both land and marine horizontal directional drilling (HDD). KPI has completed pipe installations of up to 1500 mm in diameter crossing spans of more than 4500 metres.

HDD for River Crossings
Horizontal directional drilling is especially efficient for river crossings. With HDD, piping is drilled well-below the river bed, making all buried pipe impervious to shoreline erosion, ice movement, dredging, anchor and watercraft activity.
